Multi-Purpose Aluminum Foil Roll, 12 in x 25 ft, 38 ga, Redtone

I have used this product for metal tooling and it works great! My complaint is that is was shipped improperly. It was put in a bag and not a box. The ends of the roll are bent, I thought about sending it back because some of it will be wasted. The company needs put a cardboard covering the ends or Amazon needs to send it in a box.

It looks like it could be a good product.Too bad vendor doesn't ship it in a tube with end caps. The way it should be.

I should have asked questions before purchasing, this is a heavy duty metal sheet, I was looking for something thinner like standard cheap aluminum foil thickness

St Louis Crafts Colored Aluminum Foil - 38 Gauge - 12 Inches x 25 Feet - Red As a mixed media artist, I love this brand of foil. It allows me to emboss without losing the color.They make the Aluminum is 36 guage; all the colors are offered in 38 guage only, which is a bit thinner (the lower the number, the thicker the foil).I also like to use gold or copper leaf over parts of the foil for a different look. Also, I use embossing powders in a similar fashion to change the looks of the surface.Sometimes I lightly sand the surface to give it a distressed look.This is the only foil I will purchase now and I've only found it through Amazon.

I love it. I used it to cut out Merry Christmas and other Christmas dies. It does peel a bit from the pressure of the machine. Still very nice.

Easy to work material. Holds the shape that you form. It met my requirements.

Very sharp edges makes it dangerous to work with.

Beautiful super shiny. Perfect for Christmas craft projects.
