There are very elaborate reviews about a product, but working in an ecommerce company I can assure that a huge portion of them are fake. Those are written by PR guys to frame your perception. This one, I will try to be, on point. Audio-technica is a japaneese company. Being an engineer, I have more trust on german and japaneese brands. The have a sense of passion towards quality and perfection. I had a friend who had bought this brand headphones, ATH-M50X(~11k). The sound on those was impecable. I was not willing to spend that much, and I was looking for earphones as they are more practical. I went for these. Having read reviews, I can confirm that clarity of sound on these is crystal clear. I can hear people swallowing saliva in lectures. I can hear minute sounds on songs, that I hadn't heard earlier on my pervious earphones.Now 2 main concerns, other reviewers had raised were:1. Bass is less punchy2. Build quality is average.On bass, I take that as a pro rather than con, as cheap brands like MI, boat etc. try to boost bass as it gives helps to hide their lack of capability in producing wider spectrum of frequencies. The bass on these are more than adequate.On build quality, I didn't found these to be that inferior. Ofcourse these don't have braided cables, aluminum body etc. But do note that these things do not add that much to the cost, it is the reasearch and software components that are costly in product. These are the things that are hard to find in a product and take years to build. This is the reason, you can find bluetooth earphones in twice this price, but they have crappy vocals and punchy bass.My recommendation is, be a wise buyer. This is a noisy world with every company trying to pollute reviews, ratings and click metrics. Use your judgement to dig out gold among crap.

Unfortunately they did not last for more than a month. Very poor build quality.Sound quality is amazing for an audiophile. Such clear and crisp detail of every tone. The highs, mids, and lows could be clearly heard, the overall experience for every song that I had heard was so different on these earphones. These were my first audio technica product. I had only heard about their sound quality before, and these earphones prove that it's not at all just words, they give you that deeper experience of music.

The Audio Is Kinda Perfect ..... I Bought It For around 800 ..... I placed boat bassheads 225 before this but they kept falling out of my ear ..... But these are comfy ..... No extra bass ..... A little bit of bass would have been better but no complaints seeingvthe price Point ..... Excellent Value For Money ..... But One Thing I Received The Product A Day After The Actual Estimate ..... Well Should See How Long It Lasts ..... If it lasts For More Than One Year I will be more Than Happy .....

Awesome product. Great audio excellent clarity. I lost one pair so I bought another. I don't regret it. If you're looking for earphones that are good in bass or something like that then this is not for you. But if you're looking for earphones that is high in audio quality and clarity I highly recommend these for this price range.This has good clarity whether low middle or high ranges. Good ambience. If you are someone who works in music production this is a cheap pair or earphones that you can work with.

The right earpiece is not working out of the box. Same thing happened before also. A month before I ordered from another Amazon account, the right earpiece was not working out of the box. I again ordered it after returning the previous one, same issue again, right ear piece is not working out of the box.Edited after using it for 2 months -The second order was also a faulty product so replaced it. The replacement was actually working fine. At first I thought the mic is not working on the third product but when I cleaned my earphone jack in my phone it started working fine.Now come to the sound quality of the earphone. It's excellent for my taste. Vocals are excellent, it's crystal clear. If you listening to southing music, you would definitely love it. Bass comes and goes as per the music requirement. Sometimes you do get to hear some sound which comes from nowhere which you might miss on other similarly priced earphones and it's amazing. I have heard about this in some of it's reviews and I found it to be true.I have previously used Sennheiser 275x which costs around 1600-1700 which got stolen so I couldn't use both of them side by side but I do feel that audio technica is either comparable to that one or better than that in sound output. I also have another Sennheiser earphone which costs around 1300, I forgot its name (it's still in my bag as I am currently using this audio technica one but I feel lazy to find it's name, just search on amazon and find the name). This audio technica earphone sounds much better and louder than this Sennheiser earphone. This Sennheiser one sound is not that loud, I mean it's not even normal loud which I don't like. So audio technica is still better option and also available at cheaper price.Now let's come to it's build quality. Everyone is complaining about it's build quality. It's made up of plastic and yes no braided wire and all but it's not that it's very fragile. It's normal amount fragile in my opinion. Yes you may have to be a little cautious but same applies to even Sennheiser earphones or JBL ones in this price range. I mean I expect every music lovers to be respectful to good earphones and this one does command that. So I think it will last you long enough if you care.My reviews are based on my taste and comparison is limited to Sennheiser earphones that I mentioned and JBL infinity earphones which costs less than ₹1000. So, take it as such.Update after 5 months -The earphone has stopped working in one earpiece. Toll free customer care number not working. Contacted the seller by finding it's number from it's website but they denied service saying they no longer deal in the product.

Best earphones forever buying 2nd time, incredible sound quality, unmatchable sound comparing with other earphones of 1k budget. This is only for hardcore music lovers, Excellent details of music with balanced bass, natural sound, perfect comfortable fit in ear, must buy if you are true music lover.

Boa qualidade sonora e durabilidade.

Sound: thinner bass and a little inaccurate tremble. However considering this pricing of 15-20$, this is decent sound, excellent phone talking quality.The design is good to fit the ear. The mic is exccessive/unnecessary in my opinion.The wire spliting too early for left and right ear. This could be a hairy problem in pocket. Use a tape.

Estos audifonos son buenos por el precio a pagar, su envio fue considerablemente rapido tomando en cuenta que son enviados desde Estados Unidos a Mexico (2 a 3 Dias Approx), su empaque no es muy llamativo pero todo lo demas esta muy bien.Pros:-Las gomitas de los audifonos son realmente comodas.-Las mismas gomas de los audifonos cancelan realmente bien el ruido externo.-El sonido es nitido y sus graves son buenos.-Su precio es barato a comparacion de otros de su segmento.Contras:-El conector de 3.5mm no es enforma de escuadra, es recto y al tenerlo en el pantalon a veces es algo molesto.-El cable se siente y se ve demasiado fragil, pero hasta el momento no se a cortado o fallado.-El microfono retiene mucha estatica.-El control de manos libres solo sirve para cambiar de cancion, pero no para subir o bajar el volumen.En si estos son todos los puntos que e encontrado a favor y en contra.

Utilicé por varios años los que consideraba los mejores audífonos para dispositivos móviles: Panasonic Ergofit. Fueron casi 5 años de estar renovando el mismo modelo, hasta hace poco.Dado al prestigio y popularidad que tuvo Audio-Technica decidí probar estos audífonos. Quedé impresionado.Empezaré por la nitidez y balance del sonido. Nunca había escuchado nada parecido en un dispositivo con la intepretación del sonido que tienen estos audífonos. Utilizándolo en mi celular (Samsung A5 2017), computadora (MBP 2018), incluso en mi interfaz de audio (UR22), quedé completamente impresionado. Resaltar que tiene unos graves muy marcados, cosa que en algunas canciones hace que opaque los agudos y medios. Cosa totalmente común en audífonos de hasta mil quinientos pesos.La comodidad y sujeción con el oído está de locos. Puedes estar corriendo y nunca se te van a caer, es más, podrías olvidar que los tienes puestos.En lo que más carece estos audífonos es en la calidad de construcción. Al tacto, parecen de los audífonos que te venden en el metro por 50 pesos (exageré un poco, pero cuando los tengan, sabrán a lo que me refiero). Esto queda en segundo plano cuando los escuchas por primera vez y recuerdas lo barato que te costaron.No he probado el micrófono en llamadas, pero los audios que he mandado por mensaje, se escucha más que aceptable.TLDR; si no te importa estar renovando estos audífonos cada año y medio (creo que será la vida promedio de ellos), son los mejores audífonos que puedes comprar por menos de 500 pesos. Totalmente recomendados.

I have used Audio-Technica equipment in the past and still own two mixing boards that I use for playing guitar and singing. That being said, I really expected more from these headphones but for a little over 10 dollars USD I guess this is that you get what you pay for. For starters the input for the male jack is poorly put together. The wires just lead into the housing they are not part of the housing. Being I am not a kid who does not take care of my stuff I still feel kind of scared if my clumsy self might drop my iPod while I am wearing it destroying that connection to the 3/8" male jack. As you noticed in my photos too the 3/8" male jack is not at a 90 degree angle it is straight. That does not bother me much. The mic receiver is on the right line of the earbud (at least on mine. The shell to it is poorly put together plastic that is barely held together from the two parts. I see this being a breaking point for the right earbud failing in a few more months to come with more use. I bought Lime green and sadly I got am off neon yellow looking set. So aside from the looks of the product. It does sound okay at best I own some Metal Base Earbuds that give better music with less noise and distortion. When I try to pump bass through it I get noise and distortion. I have to have the bass set low. I listen to a lot of EDM music and we all know how that noise is very bass driven. It fits comfortable in my ears once I put on the right sized silicon padding. I did not have my ears hurting after wearing them at work for 8 hours straight while I did mindless clerical work. I rated it 3 stars because I know Audio-Technica products from being a hobbyist musician and Audiophile. I am disappointed with the build of these earbuds and how cheap they feel compared to Skull Candy, and knock off store brands at the same price point. I think I might retire these asap to being used with my PS4 controller because I do not see these lasting much longer than 3 months max with use every day.
