ROTARY Tattoo Machine JACKHAMMER Liner or Shader (BLACK)

Great for the price. Runs as low as 2v, but it really starts packing a punch at around 5v. This machine is a little powerhouse. This specific model was recommended to me by a much more experienced tattooer (I've been tattooing professionally for three years now). I've only used it as a shader, so I couldn't say whether it's a good liner, but as a shader it does just what it should. I bought two right off the bat, assuming I would need to replace parts or even the entire machine based on it's price, but this machine feels very durable. I've only had them for about a month, so I'll update this review if anything breaks within the next few months. I use disposable tubes, so far I haven't had any problems with trying to fit them in. It is a bit heavy for a rotary, but it's still lighter than the vast majority of coils. Id definitely recommend giving this machine a try.UPDATE-After nearly two years of daily use, I'm retiring this machine. It's stopped running consistently. But I'm still extremely impressed with it, and I will be replacing it with another. I've gotten a lot out of this machine in the past two years. It's far beyond worth the money.Also, while it's okay for line work, I'd stick to shading and color packing with this guy.

I definately recomend this item, i like it way better than the traditional coil machines, as i am a beginner at this, but its way more consistent and less hassel...jackhammer swashdrive is a great machine...

This machine, even as a knock-off, is a charm. You can tattoo with this gem all day and you would still feel like a thousand bucks afterwards. So light too. And the sweet, humdrum sound that is almost nonexistant. I eventually bought a 2nd one.I tattoed a client with this machine numerously and i dont think i've see nary a single drop of blood, maybe a single tear of joy from me.Get it, you will not be disappointed.

Seems pretty good so far. Def worth the price.

My favorite machine thus far.. runs smooth.. heats up a Lil bit... it is a motor after all so that much is expected.. but if your looking for a machine that u can line with and etc.. this is for you..

The wiring cover fell off the moment I turned it on. Normal size grip tubes do not fit it. Disposable grip tubes can be forced into it but the plastic shaves away as I push it into the tube lock. Not to mention it's the heaviest rotary I've ever seen/used in my life. WASTED MONEY.
