Admittedly I took these off the first time I tried them, they definitely give a weird sensation on the feet that doesn’t quite feel normal. So I did a bit more research the next day to find this feeling was pretty common so I tried again, the weird feeling on the feet subsided and I managed to fall asleep. I suffer with insomnia so my sleeps tend to be short and interrupted. I had a fantastic sleep with these on. I’ve only worn them for 1 night so I’m intrigued to see what the rest of the week holds and if the pads do look a little less gross by the end of it. I was pretty shocked to see what the pad looked like after the nights sleep. Be prepared for a gross sticky substance to be on the bottom of your feet! You will notice I have given this 4/5 stars and that’s because the packaging and instructions on use (aside from the ingredients section) is in a completely different language. I wasted a pad by tearing it open not realising you’re not supposed to do that. You’re supposed to add to the pad to the adhesive sticker as is without trying to open it.

Does the intended purpose but for me they don’t stick too well so I have to use bandage tape and wear socks when I have them on. Other than that they work as far as I’m aware and regardless of if it’s a placebo I do feel slightly better after

Ok, so for the product itself...It has no English instructions anywhere on packaging or product (luckily they are on the Amazon product info). The sticking pad does the job and lasts all night, it does leave a sticky residue on feet the next morning but this is easily washed off. The pads in the morning were wet, sticky and very black. I was actually excited by this and assumed they were doing their job getting rid of loads of toxins from my body. I then researched feet detox pads (not this brand) in general and wish I had done so before wasting money. Our amazing bodies are equipped with a liver and kidneys which do a marvellous job of ridding our bodies of toxins. WE do NOT need anything else to do this for us. If you are wondering why the pads are black in the morning (for us mugs thinking they are clearing toxins) then just put them over the steam of the kettle and they will do exactly the same thing!! Research for yourselves if you need to but these absolutely do nothing for us.

Quick delivery!Me & my partner tried and tested, really good left on over night in both feet and peeled off next morning. Going to keep using to see if the patch eventually goes less black. My partner is sceptical as to wether it drains the toxins from your body or it’s just the sweat from your feet that actually makes the pad change colour
