This works well . Reasonably sturdy , doesn't shake . Of course it won't stand very heavy weights but for a home gym this will serve the purpose . Although this is designed for barbell stand for curls , with a little bit of jugad (trick) I am using it for bench press (this stand + 1.5 feet wide wooden plank + heavy chair ) and squats , yes it works that way! I am happy with this for now I can do bench presses and squats without any assistance.There are't any other brands available , out of what is available this seems to be the best pick ! Go for it

Cheap and made with thin square pipes
Square pipe caves in when you tighten the screws. Not stable on the ground. Shoddy Paint job .

Best product
Product was awesome… best part of product is space saving.. and holding excessive weigh. And when i was finished my exercise/ bench press+ biceps it was requires so much less space.
