I LOVE black (ripe) olives! I love Whole Foods’ 365 Large Black Olives! These olives are universally large, and we’ve never encountered a pit, making them ideal for popping them in your mouth whole and for slicing. We slice them for salads and for some pasta dishes. Because they are large, they are easier to slice, and large slices produce opportunities for that wonderful flavor to shine through, whether in a cold salad or a hot pasta entree. The quality of these black olives is outstanding. The only way they could be better is being organically grown. I only eat organic foods, but since these olives are such a small (but beloved) part of my diet, I’m good with that. A note about storage: Unless you are using the entire can of olives at once, here’s a reminder that it is not good to store anything in an opened can. We store any unused portion in glass storage containers. Black olives are easily identified, and because they are so loved, this is one product we don’t even need to date. But if you use them more slowly, please keep in mind that while most other olives are preserved by being in some sort of vinegar solution, black olives have only been in water.

They were good. I just did not like the color of them. They were brown.

Love them plus no seeds taste is good

While these Whole Foods Market canned black olives are not much less expensive than our store brands, they are a very tasty addition to salads, Italian or Mexican dishes. THey have a stronger tang in their taste that awakens the meal flavors.

I didn't like the fact it took forever to be delivered I mean it's food shouldn't take more then two days. Appearance is good the value is reasonable and good I'm sure it would have been more fresh but having it delivered almost a week the freshness disappears

Cans arrive dented due to packing method. The box is to big and full of heavy items that are loosely banging about in box. This causes damage and broken caps which causes items to leak and spoil contents in box. I’m sorry there doesn’t seem to be a place to review the entire order. These cans were dented The product tastes good and a good value.
