What size are the connectors?

They are the size that fits the ball chain and about 1/4" long

Is this chain ferromagnetic? Meaning is it attracted to magnets? I believe this is what the other customer was trying to ask?

Non- magnetic. It’s been a year and all of my pull chains are good. I extended 5 ceiling fan chains. The length was perfect and I received plenty of couplings .
