it is a good handy notebook & diary (sort of) perhaps could have been larger in size, that is A5 size would be more comfortable for writing.

I am enjoying this book. I have been going through some trials in life- most of them self made- and this is helping me sort out my thoughts. There are a few pages that don't really apply or inspire me, but overall I am getting a lot out of it. I think that anyone that is struggling with their self worth, or with sorting out their emotions, would benefit from this publication. I am planning on continuing on in the series once I am done with this one. Thanks to the authors/publishers.

Great little pocket book with wonderful and creative ideas to encourage and empower someone to step out of their fears, anxieties and apprehensions to experiencing life. The book itself is quite thick, so there is at least a full year of activity and inspiration.

This may be a simple journal, but the motivation it gives you to complete it is life-changing. I've only had it a week and already faced 3 big fears and made small steps that might otherwise take years. We are good at keeping our head in the sand if facing something is uncomfortable, this journal is simply inspirational and the perfect life companion to face your demons, old and new, big and small.

Really well designed, a lot of attention for the details, and the price is fantastic! I suggest to buy it also as a present! The idea is super original.
