This wire insulation stripper cum cutter is a very useful and handy tool.It is adequately heavy and is made of hard plastic and metal. It feel good and solid in the hand. The spray finish on the metal part is quite good.I have used it several times and found that it strips wire insulation and cuts wire strands upto 5mm pretty neatly. Haven't tried 6mm on it yet.I haven't found it cutting copper wire strands while peeling insulation yet. My piece peels thin wire insulation too quite well.I didn't need to fiddle with the screw at the back to adjust to wire thickness or peeling length.The spring action is good and the handles return to position after the peeling/cutting pretty well.The riveting on the tool are pretty good. As embossed on the inside of one of the tool handles, this tool is a Multitec product.Seller Moxcel Store passionately takes good care in packing their products meticulously each time they send.I possess an automatic multipurpose wire stripper-cutter-crimper pliers too that cuts on a side-on position. That peels and cuts thicker wires and is steadier.But, this is a good tool too. The advantage of this tool is that it cuts wires from a wire facing, frontal position.The disadvantage of this tool is that it is not meant to peel insulation of a running wire in the middle.An useful tool for DIY enthusiasts, electricians, Engineers, professionals, etc.Good addition to my extensive tool box.

The product is of very cheap quality not even worth 100 Rs the button for adjustment does not work and the blades are not sharp i am surprised how amazon is allowing these kind of products to sell on their site its worse than roadside stuff
