It works very well, you have to be careful with sudden movements when holding heavy pieces. It is a nice perk to have when working with a drill/drill bits. Adjustable and very light.

Bought this as a gift for my boyfriend. It’s been really helpful to him. He uses it for when he’s installing PC parts, I wasn’t sure if it would hold the screws because they’re fairly small but they magnetize just fine regardless of the size.

Magnetic power is adequate, okay. i have heavy items periodically so I beefed up the power.I popped the seam and added more rare earth magnet to each slot, lots more power.
