Spider-Man 3 [DVD] [2018]

I received my copy of Spiderman 3 on Blu-ray today and upon trying to watch it this evening i found the disc was not recognised by my Blu-ray player and would not play, frustrated, I tried playing this disc again on my PS4 and still it would not recognise the disc, not sure what the issue is as the disc does not appear to be damaged, but just to be sure I tried one last time on my PS3 to no avail, please could you send me a working replacement copy of this movie as this one is a dud, many thanks.Edit: never did receive a reply or another copy of the disc, beware, terrible seller with defective items and no after sales help
