Good solution for your bike and car tyres
A permanent solution for your tyres, can diy for your bike tyres or go to tyre shop install this patches, little costly but much better than those puncture kit.

It would damage your tyre
It has very thick cylindrical portion which goes through / pulled through the tyre. It would damage the tyre.

Better options available
While getting the puncture fixed, it broke down while pulling the wire and was of no use thereafter, had 5 punctures in the tyre and 2 out of 5 were of no use due to breakage....the puncture man used Bestpatch 9w which seemed to have a better grip than this one !!
