The ladder is in good condition and also the delivery is very fast now talking about the product review the product is made up of good plastic and this ladder can handle 100 kg of weight simple and coming to ladder steps size is 9inchs broad by this our parents can easily step up without any one help

Ladder came with scratches, paint peeling off , although the packaging was excellent.The plastic safety latch is prone to breakage. It should be replaced with a metal clip that should be easy to operate. Quality control is an issue. I am willing to pay more for it.

Magna company and its staff very helpful for customer services and product also nice quality wise.Excellent build. Light weight. If you plan to not gain weight more than 100kgs, you will be good. When you need a stair instead of a plastic chair, this will help you or somebody who thinks they can use your sofa as stool to climb upon.

As shown in the pictures the ladder is not getting open in full .. it refuses get locked ..! My younger son thought it’s fully opened and he climbed up ... it just folded in a snap...! he has been badly hurt on his chin and wrist .! What the bad product I have bought ...

Horrible experience using this it broke into pieces almost causing a bad accident to the person using it. and the company doesn’t replace it I guess. So probably Not worth the money at all.Consider other options before buying this product from this manufacturer.

I got my step ladder a few days back, and it is a sturdy product. The steps are wide enough and provide enough balance to the one using it. The lock at the top step is quite useful to make sure that ladder is well balanced.

Bought a 3 step ladder. The ladder is just as it appears in the image. It’s very sturdy & stable. The grooves on steps offer sufficient grip. It is easily foldable & occupies very little space. Can be easily tucked behind the bed, sofa or cupboard.

Durability is good. But the ladder is very heavy weight and hence difficult to fold.
