Perfect is the word
First I should say I was lucky enough to get the original product ,coz the same product is available in other price ranges and came to know it doesn't work .Well let me tell you about this one ..it is just perfect .Loved the technology.Lights makes it easy to use.Perfect for hands,legs,underarms and even safe and works well for bikini line....just go for it without doubt.Worth every pennySleek design and handyEasy to carryFast enough to remove hair easily.Well packed and comes with a instruction manualIt is a trimmer that has to be used on dry hair and even the trimmer is not washableStill easy to keep clean and maintain.Good enough to use even for long hairs.Only drawback is it's noisy.

Defective and missing adaptor
I am very disappointed after receive pack adaptors missing and device cap not fitted properly I feel so sad that's way I return the product pl.dont disappoint regular customers by sending defective and missing product parts I am sorry to say to Amazon. It may effect on Amazon shopping rating

Not working as desired
Doesn't work as suggested. The micro trimmer is completely useless!! I got a replacement which also is not working!! Only the shaver head works but it is very slow. I wish to get a refund

The product quality is good and easy to used and clean. Its must better than all hair remover cream.

Very poor quality
Missing micro head,and adapter.Very poor quality low grade material is used. Noise level to high Replacement option is is not worth for this product I need PAYMENT to be returned to my account.
