I was really impressed with how quickly the Gel pack froze, and how easy it is to mold around an arm or leg straight out of the freezer! The cover it comes in really makes it easy to go about life and ice your muscles at the same time. Also, the cover is just thick enough so you won’t suffer frost burn, and still feel the icing sensation that’s so important to injuries.

I have been sufficiently from back pain for the longest time. This ice pack has been a saviour for me. I ice my back everyday once I get home, I was surprised to see how long the coldness stays. I absolutely love this. However I wish there was a third strap so that there will be less movement when icing an area like the back. Been using this for a long Time.

Its tough for me to find an all in one ice pack and this is perfect. IT's not to bulky and light weight so moving around with it is easy. This ice pack is very thin so good for the short icing, which is all I need. Shipped fast and ready to use a few hours later.

I can't say enough about this gel pack. It is amazing! As a plus sized person most things like this usually don't have large enough straps, but these are more than large enough. The pack itself is the perfect size for wrapping around and injured knee and the relief is truly a blessing.

Great product, use it often, better than an ice bag. The bag that holds it not so much. It is billed as being able to use it anywhere in your body, I got to use it on my knees and it does not wrap well.

My boyfriend had a shoulder replacement and I got him one it's the best thing ever it holds the ice pack without it having to fall off it's just made his recovery time a lot more comfortable

I like this gel pack. The cover is perfect for protecting the skin! I gave the outside holder part away, since we don’t have shoulder, hip, knee issues.

The arm piece did not stay in place! Didn’t stay cool for longer than 10 minuets...very flimsy material!Don’t waste your money!
