Unsealed Pack
The media could not be loaded. The product I received is not sealed pack, where as when I buy any cosmetic from a retail outlet I get it sealed pack.I hope that the product is genuine as I got it at a nice discounted price.

Worst experience
The box was packed…however when un-boxed…found the collosal kajal pencil missing only it’s packing was available…moreover other items in the box were also in unpacked status I.e. already removed from their basic packaging….very disappointed
