You need HVAC to install, no templates
Almost all units (Compressor) come pre-charged, when the description said it was precharged I thought the whole system was ready for installation but you have to call an HVAC or you have no warranty on the equipment. It didn’t come with a template so the air handler‘s were not easy to install and help you were to drill the holes for the lines. Now I’m looking for an HVAC that will charge me hundreds of dollars per air handler to just connect everything! I will edit my review if I find any other problems when it’s up and running!

Great Unit, DIY Liquidators, LLC was an amazing company to deal with!
The unit went inside a small mountain cabin and it works GREAT! keeps the place super cool in the summer (haven't tried the heat yet but I'm sure it works great too). DIY Liquidators LLC was a solid company to deal with. I had several questions about the delivery of the unit and questions after receiving it and they replied to my questions almost immediately even after hours. Would absolutely deal with them again and highly recommend this product. It's so quiet I can't even hear it running. Remotes and instructions are super easy. Just waiting for the wifi adapters now so I can control it from my phone.

I installed 18000 upstairs and 12000 downstairs on a multi zone condenser. Works Great, love it!!!! So Quiet when it’s running❤️
