I purchased this system with a 9k and a 12k with 50’ of line set for a rental property. After planning my instal placement inside and out I pulled the trigger and purchased it from Amazon. I would recommend that the seller offer an instal kit that would come with a pump and gauges. This would have made the job easier. However I purchased the following items to complete my install. XS R410a adapter. Only need one. RT200R nylon gasket/thread sealant. ExtremelowerUS 3cfm or 4cfm vacume pump and gauges. Outdoor mounting bracket to mount to the exterior of the garage wall. 3 boxes of Lineguard line set covers.The instal took two days one to mount the interior units and to take care of the electrical from the panel. The second was spent mounting the unit outside and mounting the lines and covers.Make sure there are no leaks with the set of gauges. Use the bushes to evacuate the system one line set at a time. Once you have them evacuated and closed off you open each of the pre charge valves and charge the system.Once charged the system has worked flawlessly for the past 4 months. My electric bill has been cut by about 25% with this unit.This is a very quiet unit and I would not hesitate to place it in a infants room. No noise at all.The remotes are simple to use and we mounted on the wall in the sitting area to ensure that the heating and cooling would be set for that location.Overall very happy with the system and the seller.The seller will adapt a line set to your specific requirements if requested.I did not think that I could do it but once it is laid out and you take your time it is simple.Do not hesitate to purchase this unit.

The jury is still out on this but very disturbed by the fact the wireless remotes, the primary means of controlling these C&H Dual Zone, Mini Split 9K/12K Sophia Series A/Cs, don't work very well. I cannot select and control desired temperature. The Auto mode does not switch between cooling and heating. The Clean function doesn't work as advertised. I attempt to turn on 12K unit for cooling and it doesn't begin cooling until or unless I turn the 9K unit on also. According to the Remote controller manual, every single basic function has to be selected with the entire unit shut down. I hope I can resolve this issue with Cooper & Hunters supposedly excellent customer service.

This dual mini split system came complete with everything I needed to make connections and is working great. The house is much more comfortable now.

I purchased two sets of these. 4 wall units and two condensers.Unfortunately I was unable to get any local installer to help me with the install.So I had my guy from CLE drive 7 hours away to install these.Pretty straight forward as with most mini splits.From day one, one set did not seem to function right. We checked everything we could. All of a sudden it started to get hot. Just in time as we all had to head home.Weeks later I returned to find we had no heat on one side of the house, nor did we we have AC.The good news is the other units did fine.As temps changed and AC was needed more I had to solve this issue. With my guy swamped and 7 hours away I once again began looking for help.I found a guy who said it was low on charge, 480 bucks later we are running. Two weeks later we are not.He recharged with dye to discover the ports were leaking. He said it should seal and be fine. So far so good except now both wall units take turns frosting over completely. 4 to 5 hours to defrost there was so much.HVAC guy had a death in family and could not help so he recommended another guy who came out.They said that we have a bad valve in one or both of the wall units.That's what is causing the extreme frosting.Unfortunately not one of the technicians is able to help with warranty.They can't find anyone who sells the parts.I spoke to a guy out of Florida who supposedly is the American warranty people for this product but in order to get the warranty I have to have a receipt but my buddy who installed is a guy who has been working for other licensed guys for 20 yrs. He is not licensed, this was a favor and his boss won't write me a receipt.So I am without warranty on clear factory defects.I chose this company because they are supposed to be the best in other parts of the world.As we build more of these houses, I will have to switch to a better company.I hope this saves you from this nightmare we have been living

I bought this unit for my new kitchen and one of our bedroom.. Payed a professional to install unit and after about 6 months we was on vacation when we got home there was about 3 gallons of water on our new floor the unit had leaked and froze up i then called and payed for another visit from the a/c man to find out the unit was leaking freon inside the kitchen called manufacture and they want me to pay for another test for the ac and video it so I can prove that is the problem after the ac company said they would right something up to keep my cost down ... but nope then I need to pay to have it removed and refilled with freon THIS IS NOT HOW TO RUN A BUISNESS LOVED THE PIONEER UNIT A BOUGHT 6 YEARS AGO AND WILL BUY PIONEER FOR THE REST OF THE HOUSE THID ID NOT HOW YOU RUN A BUISNESS!!!!

My husband did have to get a few specialty fittings but this worked great for a room addition!

This uint so far has been fantastic. Ultra quiet. Easy install if you have proper tools. You Installed myself.
