works great!
brought my laptop back to life! follow instructions and it'll work perfectly.**Update**after 3 weeks of it working great, It now doesn't hold any charge.Laptop turns off if charger is not plugged in. and WHILE the chargeris plugged in it only goes up to 3% available battery, it says. I'll try and see if I can fix it.**Recent Update, April 2020**I bought another one from this seller and my laptop has been great for the past few months, I use it a lot as I'm in web-development and haven't had any issues.

Worked well, buying again
I last bought this battery early October 2019. It's now June 2021, and the battery has gotten pretty weak. I think it drained in under an hour last time I used it. So now it's time to get another! I hoped a battery would last longer than a few months shy of 2 years, but this battery took on my many, many, many, long-ass nights of working on my creative writing thesis, so it's good enough for me. Easy to install, seems to be a good price, hopefully my new one will work just as well.

The battery does not last as long as the warranty and you cannot warranty it.
The battery worked fine for 9 months and then it started getting weak. A full charge will last less than an hour and the laptop shuts down at 19 %. The battery is supposed to have a 1 year warranty but there is no way in the amazon system that you can request a replacement. Amazon's system will not let you do anything other than write a review. I was very happy with the battery when I received it because it would last up to 4 hours but now I feel like I wasted my money.

Update
This battery kept the charge for the first five months. Now month six, will not hold a charge. Battery tester indicates battery is weak and needs replacing.Update - have to say reached out to Gomarty and within 7 hours, even during this period of time, this company responded. Great service and they stand by their product.

HP laptop battery
My order came very fast. I didn't get around to using the product right away and I was asked by the one I bought it from how it worked. It is a battery for my laptop. The one I have is still working so I didn't hurry. Well, I made the switch and it works just fine. I am very satisfied with my purchase from beginning to end.

A good replacement for the original battery
My laptop was giving me a message that my battery wouldn't hold a charge. So I went on Amazon and researched available battery. This was not the cheapest battery but had a very good rating. Delivery was in a timely manner. Just unlatched the old battery and insert new battery, let the battery drained to 5% before giving it the first full charge. I am satisfied with this battery.
