Defective product
I have paid bomb of money and they are not ready to replace or refund the amount.I have recieved this product of 26th May , replacement window was within 5days, unfortunately my dad passed away on 24th may and I have to travel out of city , when I have come back on 3rd and started feeding the baby , the bottle keeps leaking. It's difficult to feed special need child who is just 2 month and below age.Its really disappointing ,that even after explaining the situation they are not ready to help.

No cover or lid
This product can be used only at home. Without cover how can we take this to somewhere. After paying Rs 2500 also no lid is there.

Not fit for purpose - bottle leaks
The bottle leaks. It passes air in between when we squeeze it for the milk to pass. It is very expensive and not fit for purpose. Would recommend Dr Brown speciality bottles instead which I am using currently for my 2months baby with Cleft palate.
