3/4" TwistIIClean Inline Water Filter (White 60 mesh / 250 micron)

I recently installed a Bosch Geothermal HVAC unit drawing water from the bottom of a large lake and circulating it through the system. Other filters quickly clogged and you have to disassemble them, remove the filter element and clean with a brush and hose. With this filter you twist the top and it forces a get through the element and does a good job of cleaning it out. Not a perfect job. There still is some residue deeply imbedded in the mesh but certainly much better than anything else I've tried. The filter element has lasted months and still shows no need for replacement. This is certainly one of the unique and workable ideas for a serious working filter that has come along in quite some time. The material looks "current" (well made of modern plastics) and durable.

I bought this for my Dad to go between his well and his house. All the parts were there, and the plumber that I had install it said it was easy. However, the injection molded mounting lugs should have been longer to eliminate the use of spacers. The way Dad's plumbing is, there was nothing flat to mount it to, so only the PVC piping supports it. This isn't a problem until you twist the filter to flush it out. Dad just has to hold the filter tightly while twisting it to prevent stressing the piping.

Great way to get rid of sediment before hitting the main water filter to the cabin.

This was to replace the same filter that we had tgst the tab to hold the water filter from being flushed snapped off the old unit. It arrived quickly and was easy to install with a few plumbing pieces.

Much better than the one we had before!.. easy, no replacement filters (best part of it).. recommend highly!!!.. very happy!..had for 2 years so I can say with confidence how well it works.. we're on a well.. have sand!!..no more problem with sand mucking up everything!!! Yeah!!!
