This book has provided some wonderful and eye opening insights to me .knowledge and experience shared in the book has a definite impact on my approach towards a coaching career.

The key lesson was: the secret to having great coaching clients is in creating the clients courageously by coaching only the coachable.

This is a must read for any new coach. All the coach trainings I have done focussed on how to be a great coach and the skills of coaching. When you go on the interenet there are so many people trying to teach you how to sell coaching. More often than not I found those options as fake and unauthentic. In a business that focusses on being authentic they didnt help.This is one of the best books I have read on how to go about the business of coaching without feeling like a con. After reading this book I can now connect to who I really am and build my business from that. If you are just setting out to set up your coaching practice or are stuggling to grow you work treat this book as your guide and practice. You will find outcomes

What I'm struck by, is how someone might give this less than a 5 star review. It is truly stuffed with insightful takeaways. Anyone who does some sort of coaching or owns a business can get something from this. Sure, the one chap might be a little over the top - using 'miracle' or 'transformative first meetings', but plenty of gems on their takes on how to BE a great coach, if not build a practice. I can imagine, someone might be ask, but what do you specifically DO or say in those interactions. But then, the person asking that, just might not be a coach/leader. A really good read.

There are a LOT of useable ideas with a VERY strong no BS type of approach! AMAZING! Thank you Rich!
