Good product with loud sound
Just received the product. Manufacturing date on box is January 2018, while on product itself inside the box is January 2019. Looks like old cartons used to pack new door bell boxes.Sound is of high volume, no adjustment options, speakers are of local built. Plastic is of good quality.Power cable of low quality (using pencil cell connection wires, for AC 230 V connect).Liked the third mantra (Ganpati Bappa Morya) due to nice voice quality. Other mantras have high acoustic impedance, due to local quality speakers.Bought this item to ensure in case of door switch malfunction, this bell would not catch fire and cause issues (as it operates on battery and not AC power). Unfortunately, if door switch is kept ON (pressed without release), the mantra is not repeated. So a malfunction of switch won't get caught easily, as unit will keep quiet once mantra is complete.Very good aspect is if door bell is pressed again and again, the mantra still gets complete once started, without re-starting from mid-way.
