I purchased this around 2 months ago and when this was delivered for the first time, we saw following flaws.- iron wasnt heating up.- steam wasn’t even 10% of what its supposed to be.- overall quality didnt look good.We ordered a replacement immediately with Amazon and as soon as the new product was delivered, we saw- iron looks more sturdy and well made.- huge gushes of steam whenever required.- glides over clothes. Isn’t tiring.- temperature control works very well.Overall verdict, if you’re getting this, make sure you get the first one replaced. Once you do that, then you’ll see the real black n decker.Good quality, sturdy, easy to use iron with many features and absolutely no leaks.

I Purchased this iron in 2023 as a backup Iron and after few months as I used. I noticed water leakage. Then I called customer care but I was always told of call back but nothing happened. Finally I send a email and then after few days I would receive a mail, your issue has been resolved. There were approximately 20 correspondences and finally I mailed I am going to consumer court. It was then I received a call and two months after the call and few more emails my Iron was picked up after 7 months. It was picked on 17th January and Today is 8th April. Im still waiting for the iron.So if you plan to buy, there might be a chance that you make end up in same situation.So choose wiselyThanks for your patience

The media could not be loaded. Domestic ironing. Excellent performance. Moderate weight and steaming super. Result is outstanding.On thing important to mention is about the poor packing. It reached safe solely due to fortune. Plastic jar landed cracked. Please advise for good sturdy packing in future.

This is a great buy. Moving away from the traditional brands such as Phillips and Panasonic, I wanted to buy this product to try a different brand. I actually read a few promising reviews before buying it. And believe me it an excelled all my expectations. The iron is extremely light and has superb effect on all types of clothes specially cotton ones. Temperature control is great and handle offers a soft but excellent grip. This product is worth every penny spent. Loved it completely. Product is exactly same as shown in the pictures.

After a week of use, these are the things I have to say about this iron.1. As its wattage is on higher side, heats up quickly with or without steam.2. Sole pate is smooth enough to glide freely over any kind of fabric.3. As sole plate is ceramic, due to the engineering properties of ceramic, it takes comparatively little more time to cool down. so you may wanna keep this away from children's reach longer after use.4. Not all steam holes shown in picture are functional. Some of them are dummy.5. No water leakage through steam holes is observed.6. If you are once in a blue moon steam ironing person, it takes a bit efforts to empty out remaining water from the iron.7. Plug is normal size even though wattage is high, so will fit in pretty much every socket.8. I felt like this iron is little heavier than my old iron. (P.S. Will be little heavier than non steam irons as well)9. Made In India10. On first use the greese on soleplate will burn out. So it will smoke a little. Its by design. Read users manual carefully.
