I am completely dissatisfied with the product.i would not like to give it even one star.as per the policy mentioned in bold 100%satisfaction guaranted even if the bottle is empty and still reva from customer service is unwilling to return the product and has asked to approach A-Z of amazon. I developed rashes and allergy Within two days of usage.the product is like water put in bottle and sold at a exorbitant price with no packing box and no manufacturing place mentioned.no date of manufacture and expiry mentioned on bottle. Total fraud

This is really surprising serum for me.It surely reduces fine lines,dark spots,provides elasticity within 5 days of usage.no product works wonder in one bottle usage but it does.This should be used in a routine n continue for better results.

I don't think this product is genuine. It wasn't even packed in a cardboard box, has no manufacturing or expiry date on the label and the label printing is slightly blurred too. The serum looks like cloudy water.

I usually buy luxury brands when it comes to skin care and I am surprised this value priced product works so well. it did not irritate my sensitive, aging skin and I think it works as well, if not better, than some of the department store brands I have been buying. Cruelty Free products are very important to me...I no longer use any cosmetic items that are tested on animals, so this serum is a happy surprise for me and I am glad companies are producing value-priced serums that ARE cruelty free. I don't think it is right for us to torture innocent animals in the cause of vanity!

Es la primera vez que compro este producto, así que no puedo hablar muchos sobre sus efectos a largo plazo.Lo que si puedo decir es que el producto llego rápido y en buenas condiciones. La consistencia del producto es buena y se absorbe muy bien, yo lo aplico después de lavarme la cara por las mañanas y no me puedo quejar, mi piel luce más fresca y tersa. Algo que vale la pena mencionar, es que no he tenido ninguna reacción en la piel y que lo estoy combinando con un suero de ácido hialurónico y vitamina C. En general bien, creo que si lo volvería a comprar.

I've tried a few Retinol serums but so far this is the best I've usedI have used The Ordinary and the L'Oreal Revitalift Laser Deep Retinol serums. The Ordinary is ok but it's consistency means you use quite a lot of product to get the coverage you need. The L'Oreal Revitalift is very nice to use but it only contains 0.2% Retinol. Also the highest % that The Oridinary do in pure Retinol is 1%This Tree of Life serum is quite similar to the L’Oreal Revitalift in use, it goes on lovely and you need very little to get good coverageI did have a tiny bit of stinging when I first used this serum but nothing much and just means it’s probably workingI like that The Tree of Life has mostly natural ingredients of which 72% are also organic which is nice to seeThe % of Retinol in this serum doesn’t seem to be mentioned anywhere so I contacted the company and they responded very quickly and confirmed it has 2% Retinol which is one of the highest availableThis serum is 60ml which is twice the content of the L’Oreal Revitalift at 30ml however this Tree of Life serum is nearly half the price of the L’Oreal one and because you need so little to get good coverage it’s going to last a long timeIt’s far too early to tell if this serum works but I’ve got high hopes for itCertainly I would highly recommend this serum and I think it’s a bit of a bargain especially considering the high % of Retinol it contains and the size of the bottle
