Huge packing & waste of plastic & cardboard. The pack is artificially padded to lure someone. The actual plastic bottle us just 50% filled with 60 capsule. As an aware citizen who hates to dispose plastic I request manufacturers to consider packing in smaller bottles & we don't need that huge cardboard boxes for an essential vitamin like k2.The product is good I have been using it for 2 months now this was my 2nd order. My gum bleeding has gone now & keeps my heart ♥ healthy.2 star less due to the fact 2 unnecessary packaging else the actual product is 5 star 🌟

I have ordered for 100 mcg capsule but I received 55 mcg capsules,I did not noticed before opened and using the product
