High-quality paper that is very smooth
I use this product to organize my business notes and to do lists. I find the size of the squares used in this graph paper to be the ideal size. I purchased some energy gel pens that I saw were recommended on Reddit to use with this notebook and have been nothing short of impressed. I could write in this notebook all day. The combination of a good pen with this high-quality paper means, effortless writing, minimal, bleed, and sharp notes.I liked the brand so much that when seeking out a personal notebook for notes, thoughts, and even some idea sketching, I couldn’t bring myself to buy another brand and purchased a dotted Rhodia notebook for that purpose.Highly recommend

Great paper
The paper quality is great. The blue lines are light enough to use pencil on. I've been using fountain pens in this notebook and have not encountered any issues. The perforation is strong enough to not accidentally rip but still tear cleanly when intentionally torn. The covers are tough, but the spirals are easily bent. This can interfere with turning the pages and may allow the covers to fall off. Luckily it is easy to put the covers back on.

Switching back to one of my old 5 Star notebook and using the same pencil it feels like the the pencil is just dragging across the page
I was hesitant about buying these notebooks given their price. I'm using these for my engineering classes so the idea of spending 50% more than a 5 Star notebook was a little off putting. I know from using half way decent sketch books in the past that not all papers are the same but would it really make a difference in taking notes? Actually it does, a lot. The first thing I noticed using these notebooks is how smooth a pencil goes across the page. Switching back to one of my old 5 Star notebook and using the same pencil it feels like the the pencil is just dragging across the page. Using a ballpoint pen things get even smoother but I don't use pens too often so meh. The paper also seems to take to erasing better. Also having the paper more in the configuration of actual engineering paper rather than just a 5X5 grid pattern is also a nice quality of life (as well looks more professional). Two issues I saw before I bought these was that the pages rip out easy and that there was no hard back. I can confirm that yes both the pages do rip out much easier than from cheaper notebooks (I'm going to stop picking on 5 Star now) and the back cover is not a hard piece of cardboard. I found though for my uses the back wasn't an issue as I use them almost exclusively on a hard flat surface. In regards to the pages ripping out easy, while it's easy to rip the perforation, it doesn't just rip if you look at it wrong. I've only had it start to rip the perforation once when I didn't want it to and that was because I was turning the page close to the spine. Just the knowledge that they will rip out very easy has been enough for me to not be losing pages randomly. This is however a your mileage may vary type thing so you may find it to easy.

Top notch notebook
This is definitely the best notebook I have ever used, and after going through about 4-5 in the past year or so, I can say that I will keep buying them for the foreseeable future. The paper is very high quality and the construction of the notebook itself is very good overall.I have seen some people complain about the front and back covers being flimsy and falling off, but this has never been a problem that I have had with any of the notebooks that I have used. If anything they have held up much better than any notebook I had used previously except for ones that used a hard plastic cover, but that's not really comparable. As for people complaining about the paper tearing out easily, I don't see this as a problem, but as a distinct and deliberate feature of the notebook itself. Its not a design flaw and was definitely deliberately put there as each page has a notch at top to start the tear so it always tears cleanly and easily. This is a feature I am quite happy to have and shouldn't result in a loss of stars simply because they were unaware of this feature. The only personal gripe that I can understand people having is the grid being too bright. I could be more muted, making pencil lines easier to see, but if your using black ink, this isn't really a concern but defiantly a personal preference.

great tablet for my trigonometry class
have used these tablet for computer and math classes. Really like the way the pages are blocked off for note taking

Really good paper, less than delightful binding.
Rhodia paper is really good stuff. It's so good you can write on both sides with no bleed through and with a really juicy nib on your fountain pen. But with the spiral on the left, it's a pain for left-handers to write on the first side and a pain for right-handers to write on the back. The only option is to tear out the page. The micro-perforations make this easy enough. I never once tore the sheet. But what a pain. The staple-bound, top format (again with micro perforations) is preferable for two-sided correspondence. The dot grid is a better format for more casual writing, as well, when all you desire is a guide and don't need a full-blown grid. But these are quibbles and personal preferences. This is great paper.

The Rhodia Graph Notebook: A notetakers dream.
This Rhodia Notebook, is not like other notebooks.Right off the bat, the paper is extremely high in quality, with it being very smooth. The Notebook will come in a plastic sleeve in the mail, Fair warning however, the post department tends to shove the notebook into the mailbox, bending the notebook some, So i recommend you give the USPS instructions to leave it outside your door instead of stuffing it in your mailbox. The notebook is sturdy and the graph paper is well designed. When you start writing inside the notebook, you'll notice it is VERY smooth, there will be no bleed through and there is little to no see through. The sheets however can easily tear, so you will need to be careful concerning that, however if you do need to tear a sheet out, it will make a clean cut.Overall, the notebook is perfect for artists, fountain pen lovers, or someone who just wants a well made notebook, giving it a 4/5 star rating, a 5 star rating would have been given if not for easily torn sheets.

Inside paper is good, outside cover not so much!
I needed some new notebooks to get ready for the next university year. Rhodia apparently has a good reputation on some of the EDC (everyday carry) forums I am part of, therefore, I decided to order using Prime. Got to get them as soon as possible right? Once the notebooks arrived they were not packaged in any protective cellophane, just bare in the Amazon cardboard sleeve. Which means the back and front covers are scratched/scuffed up, luckily the inside pages were unaffected. This isn't too much of a worry for me as I will plaster the covers in bumper stickers and artwork. However, not really ideal for a brand new product, something I'd expect from an Ebay seller rather than Amazon itself, hence the loss of a star. The actual pages inside seem of good quality and are of the advertised size.

Very fine paper.
Great paper, have used Rhodia for year(s) now, once you go start using finer paper it's pretty hard to go back to the old stuff, especially when going back would mean bleeding your fountain pen through every sheet.Either ways, great paper.A fair warning though, exercise caution when buying it. I wouldn't recommend getting it through Prime and would recommend another seller. I seldom use Prime for buying paper and the like due to the way it's often packaged, i.e. without any sort of film or wrap about it and just the standard cardboard they use on all packages... paper ended up getting scuffed and slightly bent on the way.

Dusty
I read some of the bad reviews that were talking about bad quality/looking used, but ignored that due to the high number of positive reviews. This gets 1 star from me because it does look a bit dirty and I don't care what the price is, 20 pounds or 1 pound, but if you buy a new product and it looks like someone threw it into a dusty corner and left it there for a year then that's just not worth a penny and simply preventing people from ordering again unfortunately.

Fountain Pen Friendly!
I have been a fan of Rhodia paper for a while, and the paper itself is great for use with almost any pen. It works brilliantly for fountain pens and minimal bleed through, and shows of properties like shade and sheen in some inks. Writing on the paper is gloriously smooth and pleasant. I like spiral books because they can lay flat, and this is no exception.I have deducted a star because the cover arrived with scuffing on it. If you can live without a pristine cover, then these have some of the nicest paper out there.

Good value book of dotted paper
Just what I needed - not expensive note book of dotted paper. The Rhodia cover is fine for me as I'll be working on a table - it's not a hardback. The paper in the item I received is fine but the cover is badly scratched and very dusty. If I had to take this into an office I'd be asking for a refund. Other than that great product - dots easy to see.
