Bought two of these for different rooms. The air is definitely fresher and there is less dust. Recommend for multi dog households.

Something atthe bottom rattles and it'll stop working and then if I rattle it a certain way It'll start working again. Love the washable filter, thats a game changer. Just unsure on the longevity of the device given the unifentified rattling.

The media could not be loaded.  I am going to give this four stars and not five.The reason being that I still get heavy dust on my furniture.The dust is actually fluff that is coming from my new bedding.I do not keep it on all the time because I am out at work and would not want to leave anything electrical switched on, it being a potential fire hazard.You can see the coating of dust on everything.I do believe that if it was on all of the time, it would be a different story.I am very impressed by how much dust that is has pulled in at the back, but is also has dust at the front vent.This shows that it is not totally trapping all the dust.Do not worry about ozone, or horror stories of breakdowns.I have had it for about two months and it operates flawlessly.It looks good in any room and is not intrusive.It does clear the room when it is switched on.I can verify this by the amount of dust particles that glimmer in the sunlight.But it is certainly no hepa filterThe air movement is too fast .Volume level ranges from 31 to 39 db (from a distance of eight foot)It is too loud for me at night, because I like things tomb quiet.But for the average sleeper, it will be fine.I do not regret buying it, and would recommend that if you are thinking of buying one......Your best option is from Amazon.The carbon pre filter does a good job of removing cigarette smoke smell. I smoke.I hope that this helps.

Purchased this in May 23 and its now March 24, have not used it in a few months over the winter. Tried putting it on today and nothin, changed the fuse in plug sockets and it's dead. Need to find the guarantee now grrr!

One of the best things i've bought this year , can be noisy on the higher settings but no problem when you put the night mode on and the light is a good addition. Air is so much cleaner and fresher .Been on nearly 24hours a day since I got it.

The unit feels solid and well built. Seems to clear the air of particles just fine.That's where the good bits stop.I put it in the bedroom. Closed window and door to let it work as best as possible. A couple hours later, went into the room and the first thing I noticed was a quite strong and unsettling smell. I can't describe it properly but it was like it had sprayed chemicals in the air. I thought it was just because it was the first time it was switching on, so opened the window to let the room ventilate and left the unit on. Came back a couple more hours later to *the same smell* despite the open window. I had trouble sleeping in the room even after letting it ventilate with the unit off for 2 or 3 hours.There are 5 speed settings. 3 and 4 are quite acceptable for day time usage. 5 is quite noisy but it shouldn't be needed for longer periods so it's fine.1 is the "sleep" setting. I'm used to sleeping with a Dyson fan on at anything between speeds 1 and 5. The Honeywell on the 1 setting is about as noisy as the Dyson at 10, but it's a much higher pitched noise and there's some rattling which is barely noticeable during the day but wouldn't let me sleep at night.The panel on top is easy to read and operate but the lights on it are way too bright with no option to dim or switch them off. The whole room is illuminated by them, so again not fit for sleep.Overall a good unit if you only intend to use it during the day but that's not what I was looking for. Especially disappointing since there is a sleep setting, so it's clearly intended to be used at night.

Removes so much dust from the air and saves me dusting wooden and glass worktops and tables every day. What a bargain this was!

Can't say how it works yet as the electrical plug is not compatible with Australian electrical outlets and will need a converter...... this should be noted in the promo, I actually looked for it before buying but nothing was listed. As it appeared to came from a Sydney warehouse I presumed it was all ok. It is a nice looking unit and that is all I can say.
