Nordic Ware Haunted Manor Bundt Pan

Love this pan!! Very heavy duty material, not cheap like the other brands. Great detail in the design. So far I have created one cake with it. Used a shortening with flour prep to keep cake from sticking, cake came out perfectly. I recommend a short, warm to hot water soak- then wash with a little brush. Using the spray function on the faucet helps remove any food particles in the nooks and crannies. Cannot wait for another reason to bake more cakes!

Cute, just the right size, and applicable for any occasion involving a creepy old house. I used it in making the cake for a "Mexican Gothic" book discussion. It was a hit!

Takes a little bit of time to brush butter into all the nooks and crannies, but it was definitely worth it. The spiced rum cake recipe that came with the pan was delicious, and our cake came out of the pan way easier than I thought it would. My kids loved it!

The details in this pan are awesome,easy to clean everything comes right out if you prep the pan properly

UPDATE: I received the replacement pan, and this one was actually unused and undamaged - and I received it in time for Halloween. It is a beautiful pan, but the gobs of adhesive used to stick the product info sleeve on are ridiculous. I spent 20 minutes trying to get it off and I don't think I have any fingerprints left. 75% of the goo is still on there. I don't want to damage my pan by trying to scrape it with something. I sent a message to Nordicware support to see what they recommend to remove it, and will update my review again with any solutions they provide.I was so excited to receive this for Halloween - and then when I opened it super disappointed. The center column had gouges in it, like someone used a knife on it, and upon closer inspection, there was still baking spray residue on parts of it. So someone used it, damaged it trying to get the cake out with a knife, and returned it still dirty. People are unbelievable. I don't know how these end up back out for sale with no inspection. I do want to point out that this is the first nordicware pan that I received - and I have more than 20 - where the recipe/product info sleeve is attached with glue. I agree with the one reviewer that mentioned this - that looks like it will be hard to get off - but it could just be because the person that previously enjoyed this pan added more glue to reattach it back on after using it. Usually they are just securely wrapped around the pan, this one is only around half the pan so they needed the glue to keep it on. I really hope my replacement pan is a. new, and b. here in time for me to make Halloween treats. Fingers crossed!

Love this pan, we love Halloween and this was a must have for our home. So much fun!!!!

The grand kids had great fun decorating this! I used PAM Baking Spray with flour and the cake slid right out once it was cooled. The Pan itself was sturdy and stood well in the oven on a cookie sheet. As for cleaning, I learned a long time ago to make life easier with all sizes of brushes to get into nooks and crannies of baking ware. So this was easy peasy.

I have used this pan 3 times! And each time it’s a different theme! I have to much fun with this pan!

Also kurz und knapp: Der Kuchen kommt nicht raus. Vielleicht habe ich ja ein Montagsexemplar erwischt aber es funktioniert nicht. Nicht mit speziellem Backtrennspray, nicht mit Butter, nicht mit sonstwas. Der Kuchen bleibt drin. Geldverschwendung.
