adidas Originals Women's Samoa W Sneaker

Nice pair of sneakers. I have relatively narrow feet and I'm accustomed to lacing my sneakers so tight that the sides of the shoes almost touch or they feel ready to flop off with every step. That being said, the Adidas Samoa is a MD/B width like most sneakers but UNLIKE other brands, I DO NOT have to cinch them down so tight to the point of ridiculousness to keep them on my feet.They have an attractive look and are very flattering on your feet, comfortable for all day standing/walking and the fit is great. I love the simple retro look and they look great with my cropped and cuffed boyfriend jeans. Like the Nike Cortez sneakers, this style will never go out of style so you can't go wrong.

I saw these sneakers on another web site and decided I had to have them because I love the old school look. I ordered them from Amazon because the price was better here and I knew if I had to return them that wouldn't be a problem.I've never owned/tried on a pair of Adidas so I ordered 2 different sizes based on the reviews stating this sneaker runs large. One pair was a 1/2 size smaller than my normal shoe size and 1 a full size smaller. Both sizes were too small.The Adidas Samoa DOES NOT run large in my opinion. The sneaker is true to size. My normal SHOE size is an 8M, meaning my dress shoes, boots etc are an 8M. Sneakers are another story. I normally wear Nike Cortez sneakers and they run a 1/2 size small so I always have to buy them in an 8 1/2. Some Fila sneakers also run a 1/2 size small so I know to size up on those too.Based on a recent review someone posted it makes me wonder if people are mistakenly being shipped the men's Samoa and not the women's. I've attached a picture of the label on the box my sneakers came in and as you can see there is a little symbol of a women and the letter "W" after the word Samoa. The "W" doesn't stand for wide, it means it's the Samoa Women. I purchased my Samoa's from Amazon (make sure it says Sold and Shipped by Amazon) and I got the correct sneakers.If you aren't sure what size to buy I'd suggest ordering your normal SHOE size not your normal sneaker size as manufacturers sizes vary so much in sneakers. However, if you have a wide foot you may need to go up a size as this sneaker runs on the narrow side and won't "give" until you break them in which will take some time. Or you can order the men's Samoa as it will be wider than the women's version and convert the sizing from men's to women's.While I haven't wore them yet I can say I'm happy with the look of this sneaker and will be buying more. They do feel different on my feet than my Nike Cortez (which run super narrow) but that's to be expected.If you love the old school sneaker look then this is definitely a style to add to your collection.

Love these shoes, they look legit but they came in an unmarked box. That's honestly why I'm giving 4 stars. The fit is great. I ordered a half size down from my regular size. I saw a review that said they received theirs with dirty bottoms- mine were not dirty at all. I'm happy with my purchase

Love me some new tennis! Especially at this price point. Was nervous about the sizing on these - but they ended up true to size for me! (I bounce between size 8.5 and 9. Ordered a 9 knowing the risk I was taking.) Super comfy! They are a bit warm for sneakers, feels like they have a lot of padding. The pink is adorbs. Gold trim is just enough. Goes with everything.

The shoes are nice and come brand new as expected. The shoe box was a little damaged inside the bigger shipping box but the shoes were not damaged at all. The colors are nice and the shoes are really comfortable.

Nice shoe, really like it but it was so big. The box said Women US 9 1/2 which I normally wear but it also said F42 and if that's the European sizing it does make sense. I am usually 40.5 European size.Before i checked the box I thought maybe this is a mens shoe...Amazing price but too big, returned them.

My teen daughter has running shoes by adidas so we were able to figure out sizes in my experience with adidas and other brands always a half size lower than what we usually get but when in doubt go to a store and try in a pair to make sure . My daughter picked these since they aren't he superstar that way she's not matching her momGreat support at first a bit uncomfy u just have to break them in
