Is the strength different between migraine version and kids version, no the size?

I believe it’s just a size difference. I have often bought the adult ones and cut them in 1/2 to use for my kids. Great for headaches, swelling bug bites, and minor injuries that need an ice pack.

Can these help with ankle swelling?

I think these would be too small and not the right cooling mechanism for a swollen ankle.

Do these have any type of medicinal smell? Seeing conflicting answers in the reviews. I'm looking for something that has no smell at all.
