Works Great!
I used this to combine my satellite and antenna signal to a single coax then used a second one to split the antenna and satellite signal at the receiver. Works great. An inexpensive project that kept me from having to run two coax lines.

Does not work for OTA and Cable Internet
Does not work for combining OTA UHF/VHF and cable internet. Figured I would try it, but didn't work. Cable internet and OTA both operate under 1000MHz and at varying levels. A diplexer works by utilizing band pass filters in varying ranges. The two signal types I tried to combine operate over the same range, so this diplexer actually didn't pass the VHF/UHF at all.

Great for docsis 3.0 cable internet and swm directv
Worked great for combining docsis 3.0 spectrum internet and directv swm satellite across 8 channels. Bought two, one for each end. Also bought a voltage regulator to keep my modem safe from the added power of the swm (not sure if this was needed). Kept me from running a second wire thru the attic in the hot Texas summer.

Provides a low pass filter to solve a TiVo interference problem
As recommended by some TiVoi discussion forum articles, this can be used as a low-pass filter to keep high frequency interference from causing some TiVo DVRs to have pixellation problems. Hook cable to the combined input, hook TiVo to the low band output, and put a terminator on the high band output. Does the job at a low price. For some reason low-pass filters cost a lot more, so this is a more cost-effective. Don't know how durable this would be if used in an exterior application as a real diplexer.

Probably does what it's supposed to, but...
This did not work for me. The product description does not tell you that you should not use this for cable and an antenna. Both work on the same frequency. Since this breaks up the frequencies into different bands, this did not work for me. Do some research before you buy.

Works well
I'm an Electrical Engineer. This is a good diplexer which I used a pair of these to run high frequency Dish Satellite cable to, and the lower frequency 2nd tuner output channels from, a Dish VIP 722 set-top box. Worked very well and no video artifacts or signal drop out detected. Price is very good.
