Chillow Cooling Pillow Sleeping Pad, Without Box Packing

This arrived quicker than expected so was in time for Christmas present. Didnt come in box as advertised was in a plastic bag. Didn’t realise that you had to add water, I thought it was a gel one, my fault I didn’t read the description properly. But once I followed the instructions with the water, the cushion does work like a gel cushion mat. So a thumbs up in the end!

I bought this thinking it would be the same as my previous 'Chillow' but it is a completely different design. It has to be filled with water which is tricky and id not as chilled as my previous one.

Great concept, just follow the instructions carefully and add the correct amount of water not just the "cups" it states on the instructions. It actually gives you a proper measurement further on in the instructions ( ridiculous ) So i overfilled mine slightly and it just all balls up in an uncomfortable pile! It is a great idea, i use it on my feet now to keep the hot flushes at bay, it does get warmer but if you leave it for 20 mins it cools down again. I put it in the fridge for half an hour before bed. Its too uncomfortable and bunched up to put in my pillowcase now.

This product needs to be withdrawn from sale. It is an imitation of the original chillow and is useless.I filled with water as instructed left it as instructed went to check on it and it has leaked all over the floor.I’ve been using chillow for years now but this is a rip off and I would like a refund.

Not what I was expecting, you have to fill with water and mess about rolling it and letting air out which is impossible without letting all the water out. Basically it’s a bag with a sponge in and a stopper. Don’t bother!

Much cheaper than the one I had before but a bit bigger and therefore a bit more difficult to handle
