ChocoPerfectionDark Sugar Free Chocolate, Gift Box of 12 50g Bars

I was searching good tasting, high quality chocolate that doesn't have carbs in it from sweetener. This chocoperfection does the trick. Extremely expensive but still I can curb my cravings with it the best way, so I keep buying it and giving it out as a gift as well. Great work and I hope the company will keep that quality just like that for a long time. I do not care for other types but the dark chocolate. It is sweet enough and doesn't have, looks like, anything that on a clean keto diet someone could not eat. Much much better than Lilly's or other health food store bought chocolates.

So, how's this for customer service: I wrote an email to the company on a Saturday asking them what percentage of chocolate was in their dark chocolate bar product. I figured I'd get a response sometime the following week if I were lucky.Wrong.I get a response from the owner on a Sunday that was very detailed and quite informative as I never realized the nuances of a "70%," "80%" etc. type of designation given to the chocolate content. I think many of you will also find this informative, so I am pasting her reply below:Good Morning Edward,Thank you for your email.While the recipe for ChocoPerfection is proprietary, I can say that the percentage cocoa is approximately 70% if we were using sugar as a sweetener.The presumption of "% cocoa" with "80% Dark" being a standard that is considered healthy or good, is based on the common ingredient profile using sugar for sweetening the chocolate. For regular chocolate made with sugar, you would want "80% Dark" because this simultaneously implies that there is little sugar in the recipe, which then implies that the 80% Dark chocolate will increase blood sugar levels by a lesser level than chocolate with a lower cocoa percentage.All true.We use chicory fiber as the main sweetener in ChocoPerfection, so a direct comparison to the usual "% cocoa" does not directly apply. Chicory fiber has a zero glycemic index so we do not need to make a bitter "80% Dark" chocolate for a healthy, low glycemic chocolate.Best,MaryJo

Really love the product. Would give it 5 stars but did not due to the shipping cost. Being an Amazon Prime member, shipping included would be greatly appreciated. Actually, I would order more often.

This was a great candy bar but the price just a little high. I will order more. You really can't tell it was sugar free. I tried a lot of Sugar-Free candy bars and spit them out. This was the best!

I recently started a low-carb diet, and have eliminated processed sugar. But I can't live without chocolate! I have tried a couple other sugar-free chocolate bars and wasn't happy with the taste and texture, but this dark chocolate is so close to the "real thing" I can't believe it! It's a little pricey, but if you are like me and can't have sugar but still crave chocolate, it is well worth the price! (And this seller has the best price available that I've found so far.) If you are on a low-carb or sugar-free diet, it's a must-try!

This chocolate tastes better and creamier than most chocolate you'll find with full sugar. It's perfect for those following keto as well because of it's higher fat content (from the coconut oil). I love to grab a square off the bar every now and then or take a whole bar to the movies to feel like I'm partaking in the candy-at-the-movies tradition.

These are the absolute best dark chocolate, especially for low carb and sugar free! We order them over and over and continually keep a supply on hand. We sent them to family for Christmas and they loved them to. A definite winner!
