Don't double up + Good quality
Check you are not doubling up with other vitamins as a higher then normal dose of Selenium and Zinc is harmful. Good quality product when on offer.

The tablets are fine but I didn’t like being told they would be delivered on Tuesday, then on Wednesday and finally they were delivered on Thursday.

Easy purchase
I have only just started taking these tablets I therefore I can only comment on my experience in purchasing them, but have to say it was easy and the product arrived within days. The tablets do have a very good "Best Before" date on them which allows you to purchase a large amount to save on costs and for the price seem a good buy compared to high street health stores. If they work well I will be certainly be buying again.

Simply the best.
I've tried other brands and they do not come anywhere near the quality and effectiveness of Pharma Nord Bio Selenium and zinc. As a young looking 45 year old man who likes to look after himself, I feel so much fitter and healthier mentally and physically when I take these everyday. I notice a significant dip in energy levels and mood when I take other brands or don't take anything so I thoroughly recommend these.

This product is great and I think my body does better now that I supplement with zink and selenium. Especially I am happy that this version does not contain A-vitamin.
