I think it's great for 1-2 people. I used to use Bialetti original mokapot, but it was rust after 3 months usage. Not sure if I did something wrong but it wasn't good to take coffee from rusty aluminum product, to buy every quarter, or to worry for rust all the time. So, I turned to 'stainless steel' pot. I feel the original moka pot gives better flavor and easier to use than stainless steel product. Even though I already had an experience with the original Moka Pot, it took days for me to make good coffee due to water temperature, amount, and so on.Overall, I like the Kitty and make my own coffee every morning with this.

Smaller than expected from the description. Good for only one cup of espresso.

The stainless steal filter was the selling point. This is great for traveling as well.

The upper part has poorly done solder which is very visible. When wiped with napkin, it leaves a black residue. The inside of the heater has black discoloration(2 spots). What kind of stainless steel is that? Please see the attached pics. This item was not made in Italy. Do not waste you time with this Bialetti. Do not risk your health.

I already had an original 6 cup and wanted something smaller. This works perfectly, and it is stainless steel as opposed to aluminum (I'm not sure how I feel about cooking with aluminum). For anybody looking to buy, just be sure you are aware that these 2 cups are only ~4oz in total as this is a moka pot.

Took a long tome to ship. Very cute for one or two people. However, I followed all of the instructions and it still has rust spots the second time I tried to use it.

Im direkten Vergleich mit mehreren Bewertern im eigenen Haushalt: von meinen Dreien die ich besitze schneidet die kleine Bialetti mit sehr viel Abstand am Besten ab.Aber eigentlich müsste ich Amazon wieder einmal die Ohren lang ziehen!!!Ich hatte nach einer Bialetti für Induktion gesucht. Darauf hin hat Amazon die größere Bialetti aus der gleichen Reihe vorgeschlagen. Wenn man aber auf dieser Amazon Kaufseite eine andere Größe im Dropdown Menü wählt, und sich für die Kleine entscheidet, wird NICHT auf die NICHT-INDUKTION-FÄHIGKEIT hingewiesen... Das muß sich der Käufer selbst erneut aus der Beschreibung rauslesen, was ja hinfällig ist weil man beim ersten Mal schon geprüft hat, dass die BIaletti für Induktion geeignet ist... Klar, wieder einmal zurückschicken, oder auch nicht, Zeitverschwendung, Ressourcenverschwendung, blablabla das Übliche.Irreführend durch Amazon, Hauptsache verkaufen.

I love the look of this, it feels sturdy and it makes decent espresso. Of course it can't compete with shop-bought, but that's not what stovetop mokas are about. The quantity of coffee is pretty small, though, and even as someone who's lived in Italy for years, I drink the full "two cups". The only thing that's a bit odd is that it doesn't make the usual noise when the coffee's ready, so you have to be careful not to let it burn. Overall, very happy with it though.
