Great Value and Easy to install
It was easy to install once the locknut was cut off. Installed Oct 1, 2021. Failed Nov 25, 2024. I'm going to seek after another brand that may last longer if available.

Make sure you test it yourself before going through all the trouble of installing it
Not happy. The fuel temperature sensor was defective, completely open which necessitated having to go through the labor-intensive removal and reinstallation all over again which on the Pathfinder is quite extensive. I had to unsolder the sensor from my original unit and solder it on to this one. After going through all this, I see another purchaser complained of the same problem, so this isn't a one-time fluke. A warning to any other potential purchasers, make sure to test your supposedly "Made of High Quality & Durable Material That Meets OE Standard -- All The Parts We Use Are The Highest Standard In The Industry" as claimed by the vendor before going through the trouble of installing it only to find that it DOENS'T work. They further claim "100% mechanically tested prior to leaving the factory ensures optimal performance and enhanced durability." Well, it couldn't possibly have been tested when the sensor was completely open, not the 1 to 2K ohms resistance it should be. I ordered from this particular vendor CUSTONEPARTS because they weren't the cheapest and had supposedly 134 ratings for 4 stars hoping it would be good quality. And to make it even worse, just after I had already ordered and received it, now I see they offer a coupon for an extra 5% off.

03 Suburban 1500 - Gas gauge now reads incorrectly
My problem was this: Someone somehow messed up the fuel filter installation on a relative's 2003 Suburban 1500. He insisted it was the fuel pump, so I ordered this one.How did the installation of the filter go wrong? I don't know. It only fits in one way, an in line filter is pretty straightforward.Anyways, after that, the truck wouldn't start. Putt, putt, putt, die. After the 32 gallon fuel tank was dropped & performing all necessary procedures, the gas gauge now reads incorrectly.Upon startup, it might read a full tank; Getting to the destination (of, say, five miles), it might read flat empty; Starting it back up, it might read a half tank; etc. It also intermittently stalls, according to its owner. After some internet troubleshooting (which is difficult with no DTCs), it points to a very minorly incorrect fuel pump.TLDR; One size may (literally) fit all, but not really. If you NEED a fuel pump, & can always put $10-$20 in gas before going somewhere, go for it.
