The best company I have ever bought a product from. Their product is what it says. It greatly helped reduce eye strain. When I had questions they always responded quickly and if I had any issues they again helped quickly and with no issues. Highly recommend this product and the company as well.

Ordered December 2019. It works works really well for my 4K Samsung uhd r17100 43” tv! I mainly use it for movies and PlayStation 4 Pro, and it really does what it says! But, it’s September 2020 as I’m writing this, and it hasn’t lasted a year. Just died on me randomly while watching a movie.I contacted customer service, and because of the 5 year warranty, they not only responded promptly, but sent a replacement right away. Hoping that doesn’t have to be a regular thing, but we’ll see.I’ll keep updating as things progress.November, and we are still good!!

I usually don’t do these but a good thing has to be reported this day and age. Bought this in February of 2019. The actually dimmer cable developed a short a few months in. Wriggle it and it worked but it eventually gave out completely.These guys stand by their warranty. I wrote an email and within 10 minutes I had an answer. Guy asked me which cable it was. I described and sent a pic. He confirmed my address and I had a tracking number within 20 minutes. On a weekend!No muss, no fuss. Got it today and my LEDs are working again.Thank you.

I temporarily lost my remote (family member misplaced it) and without hesitation they sent me a replacement for free.The light works as advertised and definitely helps at night time. I think the price is justified for its accuracy.

Their lights are among the most accurate out there and the color grading studio I interned for in London had this behind all of their client reference displays. So naturally I ordered my own pair when starting up my freelance color grading suite. However my model did die early on. I had just started doing my debugging process to fix it and was prompted by the chat support on MediaLight's website. And without me needing to explain anything or try to debug further, I was immediately offered a replacement for my troubles. Their warranty is absolutely insane and it's got me writing this review now. If you can, make the purchase of their website directly. It's worth every penny.

First package arrived missing the entire LED strip and instead had an extra USB power cord.Updated:Manf. really cared that I got a bad package first time and reached out to resolve issue within a day of getting package. Already got replacement and replacement is flawless and makes my monitor very happy. I also use their lighting on my Sony 900F tv I got this year and it really helps improve the perception of picture quality.

I put this on my 42 inch TV. It's not as bright as I thought it'd be. Other than that it's a good product.

These make a huge different in eye comfort throughout the day. I have two of them and they are awesome. Can’t work without them anymore. Also help with the contrast. Definitely a fantastic buy.
