Great book, lots of information and background details plus many, many recipes I’ve got my sourdough started, won’t be long before I bake my first sourdough bread. Can’t wait.

I have been attempting to make sourdough and just not understanding exactly what was required, this book clearly explained why or where I was going wrong. many recipes.

What great book for sourdough beginners! Lots of great recipes too. Definitely recommend! My only complaint is that some of the recipes are for 2 loaves, so I guess I’ll just half those recipes.
