ECP Grip Tech Non Slip Half Saddle Pad

I really like this pad. Cotton bottom and breathable material on top. Light weight, fits well under my dressage saddle. I wanted a pad without fleece since that doesn't stay put very well. I spent at least a week looking at and comparing half pads. This one is perfect, a little more money than what I wanted to spend but it is worth every penny. No sweat marks under my saddle pad. I use this pad on top of my dressage pad this makes for a better fit for my new horse. Highly recommend

I love this half pad, as it offers a good amount of shock absorption without being too thick, to keep good contact with the horse and maintain connection and saddle fit. (If you're looking for a super thick cushioned half pad, this is not the item for you.) I also like the grippy, non slip top to help hold the saddle in place.

I have a high- withered OTTB. Bought this pad assuming the top of it would be a thicker memory-foam esque material but it is more similar to the thickness of two thin line pads stacked on top of each other. Good quality, though, just a more insignificant cushion than I was anticipating. I would use this pad more if your saddle were fitted to the horse.

I ordered this because I have an ECP saddle pad that I LOVE, unfortunately this is much different. This half pad is SUPER thin, feels and looks cheap. My saddle pad is thicker than this. Coming from the ECP brand I thought this would be thick and high quality, it's 100% not. I decided to return it shortly after opening :(

This pad works really well! I have a big draft cross that I was having trouble keeping my jumping saddle back off his shoulders. Surprisingly, this did the trick. I put it in between his saddle pad and saddle.

Grip Tech?? REALLY???? Try... NO. It might grip to your Saddle, but Hey Look!!! It has STRAPS for that.

So far so good. I need to do more riding with it. I got this pad for my Pandora saddle. The other saddle pads were too big and this just fits. The pad didn't slide around like the other big pads. So far so good. I am happy with it. Give me another more time and this pad may be a 5 star.

At last my search has ended for a half pad that keeps my saddle pad from sliding under the front of the front of my dressage saddle.
