Look no further
I donโt write reviews very often but wanted to for this product. I was pleasantly surprised. Extremely effective. Sticks really well and came off easier than expected for how well it stuck without leaving pieces of adhesive behind. No skin irritation either. I would definitely buy again. Bought it for my Stelo decomm (also bought on Amazon) after the over-patch that it originally came with started to lift and collect dirt and grime around the edges after 4 or 5 days. This fits perfectly around it. This is the one I will be using from now on.

Easy to use.Best product for dexcom6
I receive these last week but I had to wait until I got my new sensors. Update. 24 hours later I just wanted to let you know that these things stick so well to you you do not even know where they end and your skin begins. Nothing sticks up they are perfect after 24 hours. Amazing !!These products are fantastic. Take a look at the picture next 2. You can see the adhesive is that I was using prior. Now they were not specifically designed for this Dexcom so I had to use two of them. They were horrible. It will take me at least 4 or five times of going through these expensive Band-Aid type things to finally get them to go onto my body. Impossible to get tape off them. These are so easy to peel off and put on it itโs not even funny. They are not flimsy. So when you peel off of them it stands straight up so thereโs no issues with it falling down and sticking to your hand or not being able to get off the tape thatโs on it. Customer service is fantastic they sent me an email just to make sure that I knew what I was doing with putting them on. Even sent me a video. Each one comes individual image on little Ziploc type casing. Which to me is fantastic because the other stuff that I had came in a flimsy little cellophane that ripped apart soon as I open them up. No box no nothing. These are worth the money which is not that much because the product is fantastic. Sometimes when you get packaging that is this good the product inside doesnโt live up to the hype. These did!! This stuff is packaged beautifully and works beautifully. I will be ordering these whenever I need them. I highly recommend them

People are different, soโฆ
I have good luck with these. They donโt irritate my skin. They DO stick really well. The last sensor I removed had one of these on it. I will say that I was in a hurry when I put it on and didnโt trim my tummy before I applied the sensor and this over patch. Oh boy. That was painful to remove. Lol. But thatโs a good thing. I do tech service for a company that makes adhesives/glues. So I should know better than to apply an adhesive patch (that can last for 10 days on human skin) over hair. I usually trim (and Iโm not very hairy) before I apply these. And normally they peel off - taking a little effort, with no pain and no damage to the skin. But fair warning! They will pull hair that is longer than about 1/4 inch (5 or 6 mm). Iโve had no problem with them causing irritation. They stick well. They are easy to apply (they do include instructions - if you donโt read them and donโt get it right, that is YOUR problem. Donโt write a bad review because you donโt read.) I will continue to order these. Now, one thing I know from having done tech service in adhesives for 25 years is that not everyone reacts to things the same way. That is NOT the fault of the patch manufacturer. If your skin develops a rash when it comes into contact with this adhesive, that is unfortunate, but NOT anyoneโs fault. It doesnโt mean this is a bad product. It just means it isnโt the right product for you. For all the people claiming itโs a poorly designed product, thatโs like someone who is allergic to peanuts saying that peanuts are poison. No, they arenโt. Thatโs just the way things are. Sadly, no company can figure out what will work for every single person on the planet. They have to do the best they can to make a product that bonds well to most peopleโs skin, and doesnโt irritate or harm most peopleโs skin. If you arenโt โmost people,โ that is an unfortunate circumstance, but at the end of the day, it is YOUR problem and not anyone elseโs. Donโt be so ego-centric to rant over what a โhorribleโ product it is and maybe keep someone (like myself) from being able to use these helpful over-patches. Just say they didnโt work for you, state why, and move on. But if you are like me, and probably 90% or more of the rest of the population, these are a great over-patch that does exactly what it claims it does.

Stay on; Protect well; Itchy; Overall are better than what comes with Dexcom (stelo)
-first one tried worked great and had zero issues; lasted entire 15 days with no problems -second one had some issues, not staying on but ripping by the sensors pad and it would bubble up and tear on sides; next one did the same thing -but never came off, protects extremely well and still way better than what comes with the sensors -so easy to put on and get in place and really don't notice they are there at all -they get VERY itchy though to the point you want to rip it off sometimes, that is becoming a problem and only reason didn't give 5 stars. Could just be my skin perhaps though -overall they are excellent and should work extremely well for many -I leave them on until around 8-10 days then put the Dexcom shipped on on top to keep it from pulling away by the sensor as it has been and that works great so far -hate that the glue leaves that sticky colored spot but is what it is -definitely would recommend though take notice if they itch a lot might need to try another brand. Am only on my 4th one and 50% of the time the itching was bad but got through it

I'll buy it again
I tried couple different types and this one was superior.. I saw another review that said put this one on top of the sticky pad that comes with your Dexcom.. DON'T DO THAT! This is all you need.. it stayed on after sweating and getting wet from showers... I was in the hot tub/pool for a minimum of 6-7 hours during the 10 day period and it took a beating but still stayed on.. granted it was on the back of my upper arm so it wasn't completely submerged the whole time but definitely part of the time.. after the 10 days it was still really sticky and not easy to come off... try to avoid putting soap, lotions, and oils directly on or around the dexcom patch as much as possible.. water is fine.. (HOW TO APPLY SO IT STAYS ON):: I shave/cut hair where Im applying the dexcom/patch.. It is important to make sure the area is completely clean. I used any kind of soap/towel and wiped with alcohol patches.. when applying the decom device i perss firmly and hold it there for 10-15 seconds after it is ejected.. then I gently rub around the edges of the sticky strip that's on the device to make sure it's smooth.. next I apply the Lexcam patch.. NEVER USE THE PATCH THAT COMES WITH THE DEVICE!!! All you want and need is the Lexcam patch.. I tried using both and it didn't work that way.. after you apply the lexcam patch gently rub around it while the paper is still on.. then remove the paper and rub again Making sure it's all smooth.. wait 12-24 hours before you get it wet so it has time to bond with your skin... This is the method I used and it has NEVER failed during the 10 days..

The very best patches. Easiest to apply, long lasting, easy to remove.
These are the best patches I've ever used. I've had other, prettily designed patches, but lately, those brands haven't been sticking for longer than 5 days. One old faithful brand now says it's just for decoration and no longer claims to keep the device secured. One still claims it is for keeping the device secured, but it only works for 5 days now, too. Lexcam has been keeping my device secured for 10 days. Lexcam is the very easiest to secure! Other brands have several pieces to remove in order to attach them. This is supposed to aid in application, but it often results in the tape sticking to your hands and/or sticking to itself, which sometimes renders it unusable. Lexcom tape covers easily come off and easily attach to the device with no trouble. Better still, they are easily removed when it's time. No painful peeling off and no visible damage to my skin. Hooray! These come individually wrapped in a resealable pouch. Overall, a great product.

Wonderful patch!
These patches are the bomb! The Dexcom was the answer to my blood sugar issues, but I have knocked it off by accident and when I get in the hot tub it comes loose. These adhesive patches were the answer to my prayers. The adhesive is so good that it keeps its attached until I am ready to remove it, and it comes off easily. I have recommended it to several of my friends and even shared this website with my Physician.

So much better than the original patch
My original DEXCOM G7 patch lasted for half way through my second night. My first Lexcam patch lasted 5 nights -- showering did not bother it -- the reason it came loose is that I have a bad habit of sleeping a bit on that part of my arm where the sensor is; although I am off the arm most of the night, the bit of friction of that patch against my sheets tends to start peeling it off a bit from the tiny part of the patch that is up against the small section of my skin that is a bit "loose". The third patch lasted the full 10 days. Why? Because when I noticed that one edge of it was coming a bit loose, I put adhesive waterproof tape on it, and that would hold the patch through the next shower; I'd then replace the tape after the shower. If I did not sleep on the patch or if I didn't have some loose skin under the patch, it would have adhered perfectly well. I also like that there is a center hole on the patch, which fits perfectly over the center of the DEXCOM sensor, not blocking its signal at all. And even better than the DEXCOM patch, the Lexcam is clear, making the DEXCOM as invisible as possible on my arm. As a backup plan, which I have yet to lose, I purchased some adhesive pads to apply adhesive under the patch, if necessary. But I haven't needed that. These Lexcam patches are highly recommended! I just wish they had a better way to adhere to the small part of my skin that is loose.
