If you have no idea where to start this might be helpful. Most of the points are common sense. While there are few nuggets that are useful there are many that are not included or considered. This will give you some things to think about but do not consider it even close to an all inclusive guide to figuring your location strategy.

A must read!!!
Jayme Amos's book was an eye-opener! I am a new dentist and plan on opening a practice in the very near future. Like many new dentists, the idea of opening a practice is daunting with all the unforeseen issues that may arise (not to mention the added indebtedness). This book presents practical advice to effectively prepare for and manage these issues. I cannot wait to begin my practice and to work with Jayme. I will definitely refer back to this book.

I am disappiinted with contect considering the cost of this book. Unfortunately not only there is limited useful content, the
Brings back the memories of going on continuing education trips at great expenses only to find out that the course is a vehicle for the sponsors to sell other products. Now i am curious about all the people that gave 5 stars.

SAVE YOUR MONEY!
Terrible waste of money. Common sense (which is free) will serve you better. For $67 of your hard-earned dollars, the author grapples to fill the measly 97 pages with "insight" he promises the reader over and over that he "needs." I need my $67 back.

If you want to know why you should hire Jayme's company, buy and read this book.
I couldn't stand his constant references to his company. Amos constantly talks about how his company can solve each problem he brings up. I get that a book can generate leads for your company, but if that's the primary purpose, don't charge $67 for the dang book. You can't have it both ways. For $67, it should be a complete guide where you give more detailed information for someone to choose a location without hiring YOUR company. If you want it to be primarily a lead generating book for your company, charge $5! You can't have it both ways.I enjoyed listening to Amos' podcast and listening to his advice, but I am disenchanted after reading this book. If he's willing to charge $67 for this book, deceiving people into thinking it's some comprehensive guide (like the front cover makes it out to be), when in reality it's just a constant plug for his business, I can't even imagine how he treats consulting clients.About the actual content, it's very very basic, and it's based on anecdotal evidence. If you want to know why you should hire Jayme's company, buy and read this book.

Considering it’s a sales pitch, it’s decent
Sales pitch for Jayme’s company. The book reads like a click-bait blog post. Constant numbered topics and teasers of what’s to come, this book would be better served in a clickable internet format rather than an excessively priced print book of blog-like quality.Having said that, the book itself contains enough valuable points to merit a 3-Star rating, and doesn’t tend to meander too much from point to point. I got the book for “free” (minus shipping) during a website promotion and would probably have given it 2 stars if I had forked out almost $70 for a blog-post-in-print.
