These are disposable ballast's they burn out within a years use. I didn't even ask for a replacement as I don't want to go through the process of removing my headlight every time they fail.... Which unfortunate for me the removal of the entire headlight is needed in my vehicle to install any ballast no matter how small they are.

very quick & reliable start, no matter if the bulbs are cold or hot/the ballast does NOT get hot, just slightly warm.main thing: makes regular hid bulbs bright bright/worth the money/best ballasts I had in the last 10 years/edit: now that I ordered a second pair of the f7 ballasts, one of them has blue plugs, the other one has yellow ones/wonder what's up with that?

Awesome ballasts. However I've developed an issue with one randomly turning off then back on by itself. Have replaced everything from bulbs to vehicle-side relays, wiring harness relay. Everything except the ballast. Just not figured out the issue is with the one ballast. Would like for the company to contact me about a warranty. Only had these for 3 months.

It works well for the first time used, it just replacements for a similar one that was burnt out, I had for a year. This ballast now is too expensive so I'm not going to buy it the next time around. And the time taken for it to reach me was too long.

I ordered Two of these ballasts as a replacement for my old setup, one of them works fine but the other is not working properly.. so disappointment
