I would have preferred to hear these songe by different singers, such as those that one heard in films of the past.

10 stars!! You want what real movie music and Broadway is - look no farther a gem ! Grew up with it and it still makes me glad I heard it !!

I've enjoyed listening and singing along to this 3 disk collection of Rogers & Hammerstein songs. My only disappointment is that there weren't More songs of some of the shows - it has forced me to buy the album of the those particular shows. Win-win overall.

Songs sung by the artists best known for their role in each musical or song!!!! I was not certain it would live up to expectations. Instead, it far exceeded them.
