C-Jacks leveling and support jacks
I purchased these C-Jacks to install on the patio/ramp door on my 5th wheel rv. Previously had to rely on the factory installed cables which were not adjustable to make the platform level, and did not feel stable when the grandkids were out with us. These jacks are absolutely fantastic. After install I can use the adjustable feet to not only level the platform but it feels so much more stable. This was a very worth while install. GREAT product

Heavy duty, great stabilizer.
Units are heavy duty, a vast improvement to scissor jacks.

Better than the original
The only thing that I don’t like is that the crank down nut is further under the camper. I have bad knee’s and its a little harder for me. A lot more stable than the factory one that were on. I have a Jayco White Hawk, it took the extra support because the camper doesn’t have the support in the center. I knew that from the start. Still very happy with this purchase. Steve

No easy install
These are anything but easy to install, especially if you don't have crossmembers to bolt onto. No crossmembers also means you have to order two connecting channels separately at significant extra cost. The larger Jack's, 31 inch, are very heavy and pretty much require two people for installation. Also, the sheet metal screws provided are, in my opinion, completely inadequate and there are only two mounting holes for each jack - if using connecting channels and they're only 3/8 inch screws. I drilled the holes out to accommodate 9/16 inch threaded bolts and nuts with nylon insert lock nuts.

Awesome Stabilizer Jacks!
BAL “C” JacksI normally do not write long reviews, but the BAL C Jacks are worthy of it.My 25’, 5500# travel trailer came with mid quality “scissor” jacks. They did little to stabilize cross movement. Lateral movement was entirely prevented with high quality BAL scissor jacks between the tandem tires. The stock frame mounted (front and rear) scissor jacks were mounted on the lateral frame which is about 14” from the sides of the trailer. The bumper mounted BAL C Jacks were installed on the rear bumper with 4” wide square “U” bolts. NO welding or drilling into structure of any kind. This mounting also allows the foot of the BAL jack to extend to the outermost side of the trailer, adding significant cross bracing (minimal side movement). Both rear jacks took about 20 minutes to install. The larger footprint of the BAL jacks minimizes additional blocking under the jack base. The photos attached should instantly make up your mind about the ease of mounting and more importantly the quality and size difference of the BAL jacks. The lead screw is about twice the diameter of the scissor jacks, and is entirely enclosed within the horizontal body of the jack. As compared in the photos, the tiny scissor jack screw is exposed and dangerous to anyone near the lead screws.I hope the photos sell the jacks to your mind. The BAL jacks make it way to easy to mount. They are not flimsy when “Properly” installed. They are twice the weight and size of the scissor type jack. They are made in the USA! Get on board people!

Better mousetrap
Much more solid than scissor jacks, simple hand crank without those unreliable electric motors

Excellent quality and they look amazing!
I installed these on a 1988 Fleetwood Wilderness TT 31ft. I replaced the original stabilizers which were bent and wouldn't retract all the way anymore. These are nice and smooth during operation and are much beefier than the originals. I live the paint on these instead of the galvanized steel of the originals. These were pretty easy to install. I replaced the provided hardware with some beefier bolts and nuts. I opted for these versus the scissor jacks because I like the cleaner look that it seems to disappear under the trailer. I added the crossmember and the foot pads. I'm very happy with my purchase and would recommend these.

Quality product
Easy to install . Added these jacks to a 37 ' Keystone travel trailer and could tell the difference in stability as soon as I walked inside. Scissor jacks factory installed are not very stable. They appear to be of good quality . Foot pads are not included but recommended . I think the jacks will sink into the ground without them . Delivery was prompt and ahead of suggested date .
