Theravent Snore Therapy Starter Pack, 20 Count

If you need to see if they will work for sleep apnea, they have worked wonderfully for my mild lite OSA. There Actual OSA brand you need a script for "Provent" but you can try these out to see if they work for you. They come in different strength i do great on the starter and lite. I have very mild apnea 11 episodes per hour. If you have more you may need the stronger ones. Beats apnea machine and i don't feel tired in the morning anymore. Thanks Theravent you changed my life.

My friend told me about these. She said they're a little hard to adjust to, but once you do, they work very well and provide her with a better nights sleep. I had bought them in the past, only used for 3 days and went back to my cpap. I tried them again and only used one night. It was so painful to take off in the morning. I had red rimmed nostrils that hurt for a few days. I again went back to my clap. I really want something to help me not have to use my cpap. I may try these yet again. I can see how they help.

Did not work. All it does is to make my breathing difficult.

I'm a very heavy snorer and this has managed to almost completely stop my snoring, according to my partner. I don't believe it has changed the quality of my sleep, but it certainly has changed the quality of my partner's sleep. The only downside is that I generally wake up with a very dry mouth, since this product forces you to breath through your mouth.

I tried the medium strength version a few months ago and hated them. I would wake up in the middle of the night feeling like I was suffocating and they did nothing to alleviate my snoring.I decided to try this version since my snoring isn't getting any better. While they do allow more air in making them slightly more tolerable, I still woke up in the middle of the night and had to take it off. When I was able to keep it on, it didn't really impact my snoring according to my DH.<shrug> maybe they'll work better for you?

As the instructions state, it'll take a few days for you to become accustomed to wearing these, but *do not* let that stop you from trying them. There is a trial pack with the three different options (lite, regular, max), but the LITE is all I needed and I am a larger person with a snore that could wake the dead. With these, I went from snoring to none on my first night. Both I and my wife are pleased. It took me a good five days to get used to wearing them at night, but now that I am, it's just another step in my nightly process. Now that I'm used to them, I find I'm sleeping a lot better.I'm 6'-1", 250lbs. The LITE is the best option for me. I found Regular to be too much and almost felt myself hyperventilating, and forget about Max--it's too much.Also worth noting is that I have a goatee. It takes an extra second or two to position them above the lip, but they work just fine.

This product works. Make sure your nose is clean or it will not stick and seal. It is a bit uncomfortable and takes some getting use to. Good luck. I ordered an additional pack but will try another remedy that may be more comfortable. Good luck!

After trying many different products that claim to reduce or eliminate snoring without success I tried Theravent. THIS PRODUCT WORKS! I purchased the starter pack and found (make that my wife found) almost instantly that the product completely eliminated my snoring. I tried both the Lite and the Regular version from the starter pack. The Lite version work for me. I ordered another box of 20 Lite only and I just reordered three more boxes. As the company states, it does take a little getting used to but I found that within a week I became very comfortable with it. Give the starter pack a try and see for yourself. Or better yet have your bed partner listen for him/herself.
