CELERY FLAKES FRESHLY PACKED IN LARGE JARS, spices, herbs, seasoning

Just got used in soup the other day and it tasted great. A wonderful go to when you don't have fresh.

Good overall flavor. Contents had settled to less than half during shipping. Some settling is to be expected, but this seemed excessive.

I use to buy my celery flakes from the grocery store and after the pandemic I couldn't find it. So, I went online and came across Marshalls Creek Spices and now, this spice along with some others, I will never purchase from the grocery store. These are so fresh!Thank you!

These celery flakes are dried and rather hard to chew in the food. I put them in my blender but the celery was still not fine enough so I bought a battery operated salt/pepper grinder which works great bought a second one for the rosemary spice which was like chewing on pine needles works great on them too

I like this product & those alike. It still gives the flavor I seek of the vegetable. I'm not a fan of eating celery or bell peppers but love the flavor they give in food. I don't eat them at all in their "fresh born" state but this way, I get the values of them. I grind them into powder ( fine grind ) almost & put the grind in small glass jars to keep handy in the cupboard for easy use in just about everything savory. I only grind just enough & store the flake as Im mentioning below. Also, the aroma from these veggies carries fresh & inviting throes. I feel like they serve the purposes intended. Getting the vegetable & its benefits. Also, for all the smoothie junkies, the fine grind works wonderfully. Despite my disdain/dislike for celery/bell peppers in a raw/cooked/natural state, others I cook for do eat & love the vegetable in general. So for them, I reconstitute the flakes before usage & they seem to work. Over all, they store well. What's not in rotation can be frozen thus rendering a prolonged shelf life. If the product comes in a plastic bag instead of these container jars, simply put the portion you're going to store in freezer in zip lock type bags & squeeze the air out before zipping completely. As we know, more often than not, air tight closing prevents freezer burn & flavor transfers. So, go for it! Give them a try.

I love these celery leaves. I don’t like the texture of celery but I love the flavour. This makes it perfect for soups and stews for me. Even if you wanted added flavour it’s perfect. I’m so glad they make this.

With just the two of us fresh vegetables often are wasted. Adding some to soup or other liquid meal is almost as good as fresh.They can also be softened in water to be used as you would with fresh celery.
