Orchid Liquid Fertilizer - Single 250 ml

I bought this and didn’t open it right away. When I did there was slimy stuff floating in it. I asked a friend who uses it if it’s normal and they said no, it should be clear. I contacted the company and sent these pictures. The response was “sometimes it crystallizes.” This isn’t crystals, it’s chunks of slime. I’m afraid to use it on my plants.
