Better than my local store brand
Decided to try this on a whim to make enchiladas and it is super tasty 😋! My family loved the enchiladas. Taste is better than the local store brand, so I will be purchasing this one from now on!

Las Palmas, a delicious classic
I use Las Palmas because of the familiar flavor, and consistency in my dishes. I know just what my enchiladas will be like when I use this product. It is a great value for the money as I can use just 1-2 cans of this for a whole large casserole dish of enchiladas. I use the medium so as to provide some spiciness, but not so much as to overpower the mouths of those who cannot handle the spiciness as well. This is a pantry staple in my house, and there is always 2-3 cans on my shelves.

Unpleasant smell, and terrible flavor.
Looked okay when I opened it. Smelled different than my usual brand. The only way I can describe it is that it has a "chemical mixed with plastic" sort of odor. I thought maybe I just got a bad batch, , so I opened another can (it came in a 4pk). Same thing, so I gave it a try anyway. I shouldn't have. The smell got worse as it was warmed up in the meat. That was bad, but the taste was even worse. I will never buy this brand again. If my usual brand is out of stock I simply will go without enchiladas.
