TTfone TT280 – Simple 4G Dual SIM Bar Phone with Android, 2.8" Touchscreen Pay As You Go Smartphone (with Dock Charger)

I found the customer service response very positive from both Amazon and ttzone. This is a 4G phone with extra features which are supporting our daily work life. We have to be careful for unnecessary apps and only use the one which is most necessary (like WhatsApp) in our daily life, this is making us a person with purpose. This phone having good performance for calling, mp3, youtube (only website is a good way) and little website browsing. Good mobile for a good person. I wanted to add that, I purchased this phone twice for a reason that, the first one was having the problem of battery charging after using for a month. I immediately raised my concern to the customer service and their response was very positive and understandable. They suggested me to return the same and they raised the refund process after reviewing my genuine concern. So, I just followed the instructions and ordered the same product again (tt280). I received the new one, but this time I purchased the main charger too. The new one is showing good battery backup as described on the product, and working is smooth as I mentioned in the first paragraph.

I needed a 4G dual SIM phone with USB C charging and a long battery life for when I'm 'off grid'. The phone met all my requirements BUT it will only charge with a USB A to USB C. It will not charge with a USB C to USB C cable. I tried various power adapters and power banks but with no success. The manufacturer initially said that my charger and/or USB C to USB C cable was at fault. However, in a subsequent email, they did confirm that I was correct. I understand the phone was first released in 2025. I thought all phones now used standard USB C to USB C cables with USB C chargers but I was obviously wrong.

There are many excellent smartphones on the market today, and they have truly become a habit for us. Because of this, using a keypad phone has become a bit difficult. Besides that, the prices are very high, but whatever the case may be, it’s alright.

I've used Nokia feature phones since 1999; genuinely no need /want of a smrt fone - but lately fancied access to WhatsApp so chose TT280 for it's feature 'phone similarity. But compared to my 2012 Nokia, I found this keyboard infuriatingly slow for texting & had to resort to touch-screen, which I'd wanted to avoid, so returned it. As a simplified smrt-phone for you /kids /parents I imagine TT280 is great; has the essentials without extra guff, feels solid enough with a year warranty, looks good, has Android 13 - before they cease support & force buying a new 1 - you can personalise screen backgrounds, ring-tones & many apps are removable, tho' not all & naturally it's enveloped by google's tentacles. The 'phone back's awkward to prise off but that's not something you'd need to do often - & perhaps means it won't easily fall off along with battery & sim-card if/when you drop it. Pity whatsapp dumped KaiOS; I don't think the 'phone I actually want exists anymore-! :/

4G is struggling with all the data traffic modern infrastructure and technologies are providing. If you wat a ''Dumb'' phone that is able to cope with modern day, make sure its 5G capable.

Useless product ever bought from Amazon, yhe description not match to the product, very slow, quality is very low , unable to load WhatsApp and tiktok. Not value for money.
